Delivery
All deliveries from Discount Mobiles are 'Free of Charge' and arrive within 2 working days between the hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm, this is on condition that orders are placed before 3.00pm.
All deliveries, unless otherwise stated, will be sent using the nationwide courier, DPD.

Acceptance Procedures
All deliveries are sent for the attention of the consignee only and need to be signed for by the person who's name is on the order.
Upon receipt of your delivery, please ensure that there is no visible damage to the box and packaging before signing for your parcel. It is vital that the parcel is delivered to you unopened. Sign for the package, but please note any damage on the box and then contact us directly to inform us of the same.
